Processing time - 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday Only, 90% of orders ship within 24 hours)

Orders over £15 (e.g, alphabet's): Can take up to 5-7 business days.

At checkout you can choose your preferred shipping option.
Custom charges (outside UK): to be paid by the buyer.
What items are Returnable/Refundable?
You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. (not personalised)

Once you receive the package (we will verify the delivery date), please inspect the order and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

They must be in original condition.

Do you refund shipping costs?

How should i clean my 3d printed cutter?

Always clean your cutter by hand using only lukewarm water. Do not use hot water, do not place it in the dishwasher, and do not soak it. Exposure to heat or harsh cleaning methods can warp or damage the cutter.
Personalised Orders
We do not offer return or full refund on personalised items.
We can take 5-7 working days to dispatch them, this applies especially for personalised orders that need to be designed.

I have just myself and hand-packaging each item seperately would take too much of my time.
